This dry powder mixer machine is widely used in mixing different dry powders, semi-Liquid or solid material in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, industrial and electronic fields. Especially suitable for the mixing of materials with high uniformity requirement and large proportion difference.
Working Principle of the degergent powder machine mixer :
With U shape containers & screw mixing blades. U shape long cylinder structure, to ensure material (powder or with little fluid) is mixed with less resistance movement. The screw rotation and feeding material in cilinder with the same level, to ensure low power-consuming but efficient mixing environment. Ribbon blade is made of double or tripple layers, outer ribbon put material flow from two sides to central part, inter ribbon put material flow from center to two sides, and conveying. Thus, to speed up the mixing, increase the degree of uniformity.
